Definitely my rent . My rent is $2200 a month it sickens me that I’m not able to by a home in my area. It would be an easier pill to swallow if it was a mortgage .

Rent and car insurance is like the 2 biggest payments.
My two different types of house insurance
Much as I heard rent being unaffordable today that many young adults or those in their 20s are unable to move out from their parents house
I pay 2900 for a condo in west palm beach. When I first moved here in 2017 my rent was 1430 a month. Rent doubling in 10 years is wack.
Usually by payday I am starved for spending a little extra money. So I feel like I deserve every little penny I spend and that comes back to bite me
None of the above, we keep throwing into the cove
You have to have a house to live in.❤️
Rent or mortgage is the pillar of your economy. It can determine weather you can live in a certain city or neighborhood. I believe every other parameter can be worked out.
This is a really good app just as it says
