Yes! Def my goal! Where I live majority of places to be rented out are ran by 1 company & I've done rented from them & had a bad experience & we have alot of slum lords too! So I'm tired of landlords telling me what I can & can't do even tho I'm living there & paying rent... Even tho you buy a house & something breaks it's up to you to pay to fix the issue you still have the freedom & final call of what goes on in the home & that in it's self is worth it!
